We rescue kids from danger, reunite them with their families when we can, and provide all the services needed for recovery and growth. We’ve been doing this work since 2003, and have pioneered innovative approaches in caring for children who have experienced extreme poverty, exploitation and abuse. We believe in responding to the immediate needs of the child while also working towards long-term solutions to systemic problems. Community Restorative Centre supports individuals, families and communities impacted by the criminal justice system. People released from prison have paid their debt to society and have the right to re-establish their lives in community without stigma, stereotyping or discrimination. They should be offered support to transition back into community, improve their life options and build pathways out of the criminal justice system. Families of prisoners should not be punished or suffer from discrimination. Families should be entitled to support to minimise the effects of having a relative or loved one imprisoned. Community Restorative Centre is working for positive social change.
EPI’s mission is to improve and inspire science education and conservation efforts worldwide through field-based student-scientist partnerships. Our vision is to create an ecologically literate society where the world's youth are empowered to take an active role in conservation.
Our purpose is to raise funds to support all children attending the school to access additional equipment, resources, enrichment activities and experiences which would otherwise fall outside school provision. We also work to foster strong relationships between staff, parents and the wider community.
