Bruern Abbey is a unique school seeking to enable boys with learning difficulties to pass examinations for mainstream senior schools and then to flourish in those schools, and afterwards. Boys at Bruern work and play hard whilst enjoying the freedom of the Oxfordshire countryside.More information on the school can be found at www.bruernabbey.org. Amici Bruerni has been set up to do two things. Firstly, to provide additional facilities and equipment to enhance the experience of all boys at the school, thereby increasing every pupil’s chances of overcoming his learning difficulties. Secondly, to provide means tested financial support to existing pupils who would otherwise be unable to complete their education at the school. Our first major event is the Amici Bruerni Fundraising Dinner at school on the 1st July. Later in July a group of boys, parents and teachers will be walking, running and riding the Ridgeway to raise sponsorship money. Please donate to support our cause. Charity No: 1135207
