YTD Raised: £13,629.30ARC provides non-directive information and support to expectant & bereaved parents who are given a worrying antenatal test result or are told that their unborn baby may have an abnormality, and have difficult decisions to make about the future of the pregnancy. All donations made will ensure that parents continue to have access to our range of support and information services: - a national helpline run by trained staff, 10am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday - a telephone support network of trained volunteers - a website, which includes a moderated forum where parents can support and talk to one another - a range of literature for parents and their families - training for health professionals who are involved in the screening process - ARC also informs policy and represents the views of its members to the Government, the NHS and the media.

STEM4 works directly with schools and through its comprehensive website. STEM4 provides: schools workshops; help for teachers with school policy and guidelines; comprehensive handouts which are downloadable from our website; supervision for school staff and health team; annual school conferences. STEM4’s comprehensive website for young people, their friends and families offers information on signs and symptoms to look out for, practical advice on steps to take and where to go for help.

YTD Raised: £13,601.72Our vision is to connect young people with even younger people to strengthen London’s communities.The Kids Network provides a sustainable, scalable, and effective solution to the twin problems of poverty and isolation by bringing an innovative approach to the volunteering sector.London’s transient nature and gentrification means that we have young, compassionate professionals living side by side with some of London’s most vulnerable children. The Kids Network is a mentoring charity that connects these two groups for positive social change. The Kids Network works with disadvantaged children aged 8-11 before they transition into secondary school. We do this by providing them with a volunteer mentor who works with them on a one to one weekly basis across a full year. The sessions are child led and goal orientated, designed to develop crucial social emotional capabilities. Our approach is preventative and impactful to give the child the best chance to fulfil their potential.We also provide a first class volunteering experience for young professionals who feel disconnected with their communities.
