Drive Forward Foundation is all about finding the dream job for young people from care. We focus on talent and potential rather than on disadvantage. We do personal assessments and provide a comprehensive 4-track training programme covering DRIVE Career, DRIVE Independence, DRIVE Discovery and DRIVE Expression. We also offer mentoring from professionals and try to match a mentee with someone in the field in which they want a career. After the training the young person can be offered work placements opportunities, internships and paid employment. We also provide Employee Training for the businesses so the young person is surrounded by peers who care that they succeed.
