This usually requires long deployments, putting extreme pressure on both the soldiers and their families. The primary role of the Special Reconnaissance Regimental Association (SRRA) is to support the wellbeing of former and serving Operators and their families. We are welfare-focused, providing our members, with a discreet and trusted network of support for themselves and their immediate families. Our small team understands the difficult working and living conditions of our membership – each having served in, or alongside, the Regiment for several years. We work diligently and empathetically on behalf of the President, Executive Committee and membership. The primary role of the Association is to support the wellbeing of former and serving Operators and their immediate families. This is enabled by our generous benefactors, supporters and friends, whose donations are spent in accordance with our charitable objectives. An overview of our charitable expenditure is available on the Charities Commission (England and Wales) registered charity number 1147005.
