We seek to raise awareness of the extent and impact of childhood liver disease; create a community and support network for patients and their families; develop information resources for patients and their families and develop education resources to help healthcare professionals with the earlier diagnosis and treatment of childhood liver conditions. Liver Kids also contributes to raising national awareness about organ donation. We need funds to research and publish information, build support systems for families and hold events to bring together children and young adults with liver diseases and liver transplants.
