We are immensely proud of our dedicated and skilled volunteer workforce who deliver, often life-saving, services to individuals and families experiencing mental health difficulty - 1 in 4 people experience a mental health issue in their lifetime; sometimes triggered by common life events such as the death of a loved one, relationship breakdown, homelessness, domestic abuse, unemployment, coping with illness or caring for a loved one with dementia - these events can often cause stress, anxiety, loneliness or depression. People can turn to #UlverstonMIND - we listen and we care. We work with people in a supportive way to move forward to mentally healthy wellbeing.#UlverstonMIND needs YOUR continued support that makes a huge difference to people's lives.
