The How Hill Trust is renowned for its environmental education work with schoolchildren. Pupils stay in the house using its unique position in the Norfolk Broads to experience activities such as dyke dipping, orienteering, thatching, boat trips, nature trails, weaving, aquatic ecology and much more.
Currently our services can be split into three areas: -we offer practical help such as transport, domestic support and household assistance. -we operate a free befriending service in order to alleviate loneliness and relieve isolation. -we organise a monthly social event and also support a weekly "pop up" cafe in the village.
The LP Charity Funds help people in crisis and desperate need. Such as funds for a school trip, clothing, furniture or clothing. Helping families cope with loss, bereavement, cancer and trauma is also a central component of the fund. It offers a lifeline and financial assistance to those in crisis.
BVEDS charity objectives are: -To promote the veterinary professions to people of diverse racial, ethnic and economic backgrounds. -To support individuals dealing with discrimination. -To support and educate allies. -To educate veterinary organisations about inclusive workplaces.
designermakersCIO is a charity in the heart of Diss. Through designermakers21 it aims to inspire creativity through education, demonstration, experiential learning opportunities and direct access to working designer makers' studios.
We provide equal opportunities for education, wellbeing and decent work for those in need in Malawi. The priority is given to children and young people, primarily, but not exclusively, through funding education costs, community services, and relief so basic human rights are met.
