(UK, 1032505) Rotary's main objective is service - in the community, in the workplace, and around the globe. The 1.2 million Rotarians who make up more than 34,000 Rotary clubs in nearly every country in the world share a dedication to the ideal of Service Above Self. Rotary clubs are open to people of all cultures and ethnicities and are not affiliated with any political or religious organizations. The heart of the Rotary Club is the weekly club meeting - on a Thursday evening in Brackley, when there is often a speaker on charitable or vocational subjects. If you would like more details please visit our website www.brackleyrotary.org.uk Our support for the local community is varied, often providing equipment for local youth groups and other local organisations. Our support is not always financial; for example we have organised many inter-school competitions such as Youth Speaks, a Rotary public speaking competition and also annual mock job interviews at both Magdalen College School and Chenderit School - hundreds of interviews every year . We also assist other fundraising organisations with their events. We also raise money for overseas projects. These projects are often supervised by overseas Rotary clubs, providing assurance on how money is spent. All monies raised are given directly to the charities or projects with no administration or management fees. Thanks for giving.

We do this by providing a monthly fun club as well as day trips throughout the year. Our main aim is to facilitate deaf children socialising with hearing and deaf children as well as providing support and sharing knowledge with parents.
