We work with schools, youth groups and families across the country and internationally. We employ a social change model of leadership, which aims to: •Build self-awareness and confidence •Develop leadership skills •Inspire young people to contribute to their community by volunteering. All our workshops and seminars are led by our talented, committed young volunteers. Most of them attended our programme themselves and want to pass on the experience to others. Last year our volunteers worked with 130 young people and between them they delivered over 3,000 volunteer hours. At HOBY UK, we believe that young people aren’t just the leaders of tomorrow, they can make a real impact today.
