The Air Cadets is a youth organisation for 12-19 year olds.its purpose is to foster the spirit of adventure, instilling good citizenship skills and promote an interest in aviation. Cadets come from all backgrounds and because they all wear the Royal Air Force uniform they are then all seen as equal. 1312 squadron has a wealth of qualified staff delivering activities such as flying, marching band, navigation,archery, kayaking, mountain biking, drill and The Duke of Edinburgh award scheme and many other competitive sports.
At Start360 we help people to help themselves by putting them at the centre, because we believe change starts here. We are a leading charity providing services to young people, adults in prisons and families. Our staff deliver services covering the areas of health, employability and justice.
