KYGN UK's funds give education, a safe home and hope to some of the most vulnerable children in the Kilimanjaro region of Tanzania. Now running for over 10 years, KYGN students get a chance to reach their potential and break out of the cycle of poverty to which they are born. Many of our children are orphans - often through HIV/Aids so not only do they need an education, they need compassion, safety and care. That is what KYGN exists to deliver.

Cities for Children (CfC) seeks to protect what we call the “right to a childhood” for children in urban poverty, especially those on the move and at risk. We do this by knitting together three programmatic strands:•       The Right to Read (literacy)•       The Right to Play (recreation)•       The Right to Feel Safe (psychosocial support)We work through strong partnerships with under-resourced organisations providing education or protection services to street-connected children.
