(UK, 295324) Pan Intercultural Arts (Pan) empowers vulnerable, hard to reach young people to change their lives using the arts for social change.Over 20 years, Pan has established expert methods for using the arts to build resilience and develop social cohesion with young people from marginalised and deprived backgrounds.Pan participants include: unaccompanied asylum-seekers; victims of torture; trafficked young women; young people leaving care, gang-affected youth at risk of serious youth violence and those not in education, employment or training (NEET).We work across London and internationally. Over the next 5-years we plan to expand our projects to 9 other UK cities, reaching 10,000 people per year. Pan’s artistic programmes provide long-term creative skills development and group support to help young people who have little opportunitiy, achieve their potential.
