PPWPS is co-located with the Port Pirie West Children’s Centre, Port Pirie Childcare Centre and Dental Clinic – together providing a quality education and care setting. Intervention programs in Literacy, Mathematics and social skills development are in place and specialist teaching is provided in Science and PE. Our school was allocated $1m to support the SA Government commitment to STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). There is also a strong involvement in SAPSASA sport and a wide range of sporting clinics is available in the area. Choir, instrumental lessons and dance troupe are a few of the enriching learning activities that we provide.
