(UK, X78143) Browse eventsSt. Mary’s is the parish church of Oxted, and has been at the centre of the community since before the Norman Conquest. From generation to generation people have turned to God here, in times of sorrow and joy. In each age the Church has tried to respond to the needs of the community, and in our own day this Christian Community places itself at the service of those who live and work in Oxted. Today we share our faith by worshipping together and bringing the good news of Jesus Christ’s life, death and resurrection to those around us. One of the ways in which we seek to meet the needs of the community is through working with young people, and we are actively fund-raising to expand the activities we are offering to three groups for children between 10 and 16 years old.
