We deliver a range of support programs for families and young people, non-clinical mental health programs, arts, skills and leisure activities for people of all abilities, community transport and bus services, and Home and Community Care programs. Our mission is to further a socially inclusive community and strengthen community capacity.

They have lost one or both parents to HIV/AIDS. They may also have Special Needs or HIV/AIDS themselves.Without the assistance of Uzima there was an extreme burden put on the families left to care for them. Many suffered and died as a result of neglect due to poverty in their community.
