All resources and funds are totally directed at the person diagnosed with a brain tumour, malignant or benign, their families and professionals working in the field of brain tumours. Today, over 3500 individuals have been provided with information and support to meet their needs. This charity recognises that emotional support and information is vital for those diagnosed and their carers. Brain Tumour Foundation holds an expanding collection of material, related to brain tumour disease and related issues, such as rehabilitation and medical treatment. Brainbox is our quarterly newsletter, which keeps those on our mailing list up to date with charity activities and developments. In addition, BTF has given financial assistance to support medical research or individuals in need. BTF have also helped individual fund raising initiatives and the formation of some support groups.
