Our aims are to ensure our services are welcoming, accessible and relevant to everyone within the West Lothian but predominantly in the harder to reach, rural and semi-rural communities through, responding to and identifying changing needs within the community by Identify gaps in local service provision around the reduction of poverty and finding ways to plug the gaps. We wish to assist in the breaking of the cycle of deprivation , reduce impact , maximise income , information to make informed choices
