We help improve the health and wellbeing of the community of County Durham thorugh a wide range of preventative and recovery activities, programmes and courses. A variety of activities are available to men and women in a friendly welcoming environment. The centre aims to improve the health and wellbeing of the community of County Durham thourhg a wide range of activities and courses. Activities include fun education courses which are practical and informative, as well as arts and crafts, gardening, cooking, chatting, laughing, making friends, and much much more. We run self management progammes,practical ways of learning to help oversome issues, which include Anxiety, Depression, Low Self Esteem and Sleep Problems. We also provide specialist professional training for anyone working with people who have mental health difficulties, and provide CBT - Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Emotive Regulation Skills, and Relapse PRevention.
