BCM works across Northern Ireland to support those in need. Current activities include:– Supporting vulnerable young people; Helping children with autism and their families; Residential care for older people; -Support for older people and vulnerable young people to live independently
Palmetto Health Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, engages community partners to enhance health care for patients and families served by Palmetto Health.
The Onsite Foundation provides funding to vulnerable populations including veterans, first responders, low income individuals and front-line helping professionals. This aids in the healing and rebuilding of those who struggle from the effects of trauma, abuse, stress, mental-health and relationship issues.
The New Hampshire Down Syndrome Association was formed in 1988 as a voluntary, non-profit organization of families, professionals, and others who are interested in developing and sharing knowledge and the experience of Down Syndrome. The mission of the New Hampshire Down Syndrome Association is to help all people with Down syndrome live to their fullest potential and enhance their quality of life while bringing about awareness of Down syndrome to our friends and neighbors. NHDSA supports parents and families and acts as a constant resource for information. NHDSA strives to promote inclusivity in all settings, and all of our activities shall be devoted to the achievement of positive attitudes regarding Down syndrome in the state of New Hampshire
The mission of the Centre Region Down Syndrome Society is to provide individuals with Down syndrome and their families with the tools, resources and support necessary to participate in, contribute to and achieve personal fulfillment.
