AAI regards health as a fundamental human right and its goal is for this right to be realised in some of the most remote and austere regions in the world. AAI focuses on underserved and vulnerable populations that may not otherwise enjoy assistance from governments or other international organisations. It promotes partnerships with local communities, capacity building of existing infrastructures, and the provision of other humanitarian initiatives that focus on the causes of the problem to ensure that it achieves sustainable solutions.

(UK, 1117615) Browse eventsOur Furniture Re-Use Charity provides quality pre-owned furniture and all household necessities free of charge to households in need and at discount to low-income households. We sell to the general public to raise funds to cover costs and keep as much surplus furniture out of the waste stream as possible. We support our volunteers, including a number with special needs, and help young people and job seekers become ready for work, and a good number move into paid employment.
