(UK, 1098871) Thank you for visiting our profile page on MyDonate. Burley in Wharfedale Playground Project aims to, one day soon, provide a fun and safe environment for our children to play. Please donate to support our cause. Our local children's playground is tired, dated and more often than not, waterlogged. Locals have to travel out of the village to visit a decent playground, when we should have one on our own doorstep. This page is to raise money so that our children can have a play space that is bright, colourful, educational, challenging and enjoyable for all ages and abilities. A place where children and parents/carers alike want to spend their days. Thank you for choosing to support us! YTD Raised: £0.00Ascension Church Westdene is a Bible teaching Anglican church in North Brighton seeking to follow Christ, be good news in our community, serve our city and be compassionate towards the world. We work in partnership with All Saints Patcham locally and with a number of mission partners in Brighton and overseas. Your donation will help us continue our work here and abroad, as 10% of every donation will go towards wider mission. Locally we run Tiny Tots for infants, Zoom Club, Messy Craft and Holiday Clubs for primary aged children, Home Groups for adults, and Friendship Lunches for the retired as well as our regular meetings on a Sunday morning. in Brighton we support a number of local charities alleviating poverty, serving the marginalised and promoting Christ. Internationally, we have strong links with Hope Home orphanage in Tanzania, Samara's Aid supporting victims of the troubles in Iraq and Syria, and in Nepal we are developing a new line of support a year on from the earthquake.Thank you for visiting this page and we hope you will join us in this work by making a donation or starting a fundraising activity.
