(UK, 1120725) Action for the River Kennet was founded in 1990 to fight to protect our chalk stream. We now have around 600 members and, for a small charity, ARK has had a big impact. As a result of our campaigning, water quality has improved; there have been reductions in abstraction, reductions in water consumption and we have restored miles of river.

Guide Dogs WA is run by VisAbility, formerly the Association for the Blind of WA. It costs more than $30,000 and takes 2 years to train each Guide Dog, and we rely on the generosity of the community, individuals, families and businesses to fund our Guide Dog Program. To ensure fair access for all, Guide Dogs are provided free of charge to people who are blind or severely vision impaired. Your support ensures we can continue to help Western Australians with blindness or vision impairment live full, rewarding and engaging lives. Whether you choose to support us by donating money or fundraising on our behalf, every gift is significant and makes a difference.
