Nationally Crossroads Care helps over 35,000 individuals and their families, helping carers to make a life of their own outside caring. Locally we provide a range of services for adults and children of all ages, disabilities or health conditions. In addition to care in the home, we offer a Day Care club for older people with care needs, a Young Carers Club for carers aged 8-18 and an After School Club for children with disabilities.
