During the 2010/11 financial year Birmingham Mind supported over 1700 individuals experiencing mental distress. All our services are carefully vetted by our own robust monitoring arrangements or external verification. We are pleased that a number of our residential services are rated as excellent by CQC (Care Quality Commission), we have achieved the top standard awarded by National Mind, and have gained PQASSO level one. We are proud of our committed staff and have a number of external awards to prove that we deliver high quality support and are a good employer.
