Our purpose is to provide outings and fun such as Christmas lunch in a baronial hall and farm trips for people of all ages who have severe long term disabilities and challenges. We work with residential centres including schools and homes in the area of Northampton.
RDNS SA is part of the Silver Chain Group, one of the largest not for profit health and community care organisations in Australia. Comprising of RDNS SA in South Australia and Silver Chain in Western Australia, Queensland and New South Wales, together we provide a range of services that support more than 84,000 people each year to remain living in their home and community. Our Group assists people of all ages including elderly, people with disabilities, acute illness and injury. Our services include specialist nursing, palliative care, home care and support and allied health. In addition to health care and support, we also operate research and clinical scholarship programs to develop new and innovative treatment plans and ensure that our staff are providing the highest quality of care. The work we do cannot be done alone.
