Refugee Relief started life in 1993 by a group of ordinary, every day people, who were driven to help the refugees from the Balkan war. They made many trips to Croatia in 1993, in all sorts of vehicles, taking food, toiletries and clothing to people who were housed in all sorts of accommodations.
