CCS is a professional agency of social and community workers, service support staff and volunteers, who offer pregnancy counselling and support, material aid and family outreach support. CCS works with vulnerable families with complex issues which can be related to mental health, drug & alcohol, family violence and families who experience homelessness. The Society supports families from the moment they learn of their pregnancy until their children go to school. CCS also provides linkages to other services and facilitates families in maintaining a safe amd nuturing environment.

It is available to all, regardless of income, donations being agreed as appropriate. This has been possible through the generous support of local organisations and counsellors being prepared to give their time at greatly reduced rates. Fundraising is vital to its survival and it is hoped that generous sponsorship of the CCS runner in the FLORALONDONMARATHON will enable the good work to continue.
