The CSF fundraises to deliver community projects for those who are desperately disadvantaged and facing multiple barriers in life. We are passionate about helping children, young people and older people realise their potential and we provide opportunities for the most isolated people to grow.
Classroom of Hope believes every child should have access to quality education. We create schools and programs for children living in poverty. COH currently works in Rwanda and Cambodia where we carry out education projects in partnership with Global Development Group.
Sunshine Hospital Radio provides a free radio service tailored to the needs of Weston General Hospital’s patients, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our programmes are designed to make their stay in hospital just that little bit more comfortable and hopefully the recovery period that bit shorter.
We believe a beautiful, thriving countryside is important for everyone, no matter where they live. Millions of town and city dwellers recharge their batteries with a walk or a bike ride in the local Green Belt, spend weekends and holidays in our National Parks, or enjoy fresh local produce. People who live in rural areas keep our countryside beautiful and productive. The countryside is unique, essential, precious and finite – and it’s in danger. Every year, a little more is lost forever to urban sprawl, new roads, housing and other developments. Rural shops and services are closing, and increasingly intensive farming is changing the character of the countryside. Climate change, too, will have serious impacts on the rural environment.
The vision of Crawley Museums is to strengthen its role at the heart of the cultural life of Crawley, to build on its community partnerships, and to more fully reflect the diversity of Crawley.
