As many of you will have seen, we have maintained our regular Sunday meeting time using online services and this is having a significant reach into the community. People who would perhaps not cross the threshold of the building on a Sunday are happily logging in to watch from the comfort of their own homes. Those of our own church family who are isolating, or living with restrictions, find this online church very reassuring. When we eventually start to meet together again, we would very much like to maintain our online presence and to continue to reach out to the community. Live streaming our Sunday worship and word would help to maintain those emerging links with the local community. To make this as professional as possible, we would need some investment in technology - for example, video-editing software, an upgrade to our computer capacity and some HD cameras. Please consider giving something towards this project, as we seek to reach those in our community who need the Good News. Who knows what life will look like as we come out of this Covid pandemic? We know that the life we have in Jesus is worth sharing as widely as possible, and we trust this online project will give many more people the chance to encounter him. During this lockdown things have been very different - maybe that £50 meal out or that £20 takeaway could be directed towards reaching the community in new and innovative ways? Give whatever you can and be a blessing to many...
