To advance, improve and maintain the education of the public in the arts, particularly the arts of drama, music, dance and film and to support the provision of improved facilities at Pocklington Arts Centre by fund raising, volunteering and enabling public to make use of the centre.
Scrapbox runs a reclaimed resources centre where we collect, process, and redistribute clean, re-usable materials from households and local businesses. These materials, which would otherwise be thrown away into landfill, still have a useful purpose in craft, home & office, and many other projects.
CARI aims to provide a professional, child centred therapy and counselling service to children, families and groups who have been affected by child sexual abuse (CSA) ,to support and assist the recovery process.We provide the only specialised helpline in Ireland for anyone with a concern about CSA.
