Wenatchee Valley Humane Society serves North Central Washington by improving the lives of pets and people. Our purpose is to bring and keep pets and people together. WVHS cares for thousands of lost, abandoned, abused, sick, and injured animals annually.
Mountain Rescue Benevolent Fund (Glencoe) raises funds for volunteer mountain rescuers who are injured, or worse, during a rescue or whilst training. The financial impact of this can be significant so we offer support to them and their families.
Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home homeless, abused, and neglected cats and dogs in imminent danger of being euthanized in Broward and Miami-Dade County animal shelters. We run a cage-free rescue center for dogs and cats in Hollywood and a cattery at the Petco in Pembroke Pines, FL.
We are an independent school providing quality secondary and Islamic education at a relatively low rate of fees, mainly to children who come from 'deprived' catchment areas and 'working class' backgrounds.
