YTD Raised: £0.00The Cherubim Music Trust was established in 2001. It was founded in response to the increasing difficulties faced by many of Britain¹s young musicians. By supporting young talent, Cherubim is helping a new generation of world-class musicians. Brought into existence by an initial donation from the Gosling Foundation, the Trust has gone from strength to strength, bridging a keenly-felt gap in the music world. Our aim is to help the next generation to take a vital step from talented student to fully fledged professional by providing a suitable instrument, which is often well beyond the young musician¹s reach.

YTD Raised: £0.00St. Christopher's welcomes all people to the church for Sunday services and a mid week service. We run various groups and welcome many to use the facilities during the week. Some of the groups are: St. Christopher's Pre-School is a 16 place Setting rated good by Ofsted which is open 8.45am to 3.45pm Monday to Friday for 2 year old to 4 year old. TGI is a lively youth group for 9-13 year olds running weeklyon Wednesdays 5.30 to 7.15 during term times. Holiday Club runs early evening for a week in August and provides activities, crafts, singing and discussion for children aged 5 to11 years. Our Girls' Club runs weekly on Tuesdays during term times and offers activities and support to 5 to 11 year olds . St Christopher's supports the Boys Brigade who meet weekly during term time on our premises. We run a lunch club on Wednesdyasfor older citizens and have a membership of 60 whom we feed along with an army of volunteers who cook, wash up, serve food and transport members. We support the MHA and Live at Home Scheme and our premises are used for the Welcome Club for the over 60's on Mondays. Our premises are widely used for a variety of events from meetings to Morris Dancing, Brass Band practice and afternoon teas and not forgetting bouncy castles at many children's parties. All of these events are held in healthy, safe and well maintained premises. premises.

YTD Raised: $0.00Western Health was formed in July 2000 (from a much larger combined health service covering North, West and parts of Central Metropolitan Melbourne) and is the major public provider of acute health services throughout Western Metropolitan Melbourne. Western Health comes under the portfolio of responsiblities for the Minister for Health. We provide a range of health services including emergency, elective, medical, surgical, obstetrics, paediatrics, community-based rehabilitation, acute geriatric medicine and subacute sesrvices from three acute hospital campuses - Western Hospital, Sunshine Hospital and The Williamstown Hospital. In addition, Western Health delivers residential aged care services from Reg Geary House and Hazeldean Nursing Home; and drug and alcohol services from the DASWest facility. We are a large organisation of approximately 5000 staff. Western Health's catchment extends from Footscray and out to the growth corridors of Caroline Springs and Melton, up to Sunbury and down to Werribee. It numbers approximately 690,000 people and is growing at 4% per annum. Western Health has a Fundraising Department whose mission is to raise funds to buy much needed medical equipment to service our patients. By supporting your local hospital, you will be supporting the improvement of your community's health and provide for a positive and lasting impact on many people. The Fundraising Department manages a series of community, corporate and staff fundraising events throughout the year. See our events calendar for more details. Western Health has recently established a Fundraising and Marketing Committee, made up of individuals from the West and representatives from major business in the West. YTD Raised: $0.00RPA Newborn Care is the intensive care unit for sick and premature babies at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPA) in Camperdown. Each year over 5000 babies are born at RPA making it the largest maternity hospital in New South Wales. RPA Newborn Care looks after all the very small and sick babies born in RPA and other babies who are transferred from hospitals around the State. Around 900 babies are treated in RPA Newborn Care every year and in the 36 years of service over 29,000 babies have been cared for. RPA Newborn Care also looks after babies with an illness following birth. For example respiratory distress, low blood sugar levels, jaundice and congenital abnormalities. Life saving equipment is crucial for the treatment and care provided at RPA Newborn Care. Funding is critical to ensure the best and most up to date equipment is available to maintain the world class standard of this intensive care unit. Our current equipment need include a Neonatal Intensive Care Monoring System, whichcontinuously displays the baby's vital signs immediately notifyingstaff of the slightest change; Photoherapy Units to treat jaundice which affects around 50% of babies and Ventilators representing "the breath of life" for many premature and sick babies.
